One of my friend told me most of their outgoing email are marked as Spam. Their email is xxx@abc.com. The official SMTP is delay.abc.com. But, my friend is not using that official SMTP address.

I decided to post my problems here to see if someone could help me before cancelling my service with HG. . I think his company has great plans/prices, but I can’t keep this service if I continue having problems. Basically,, I upgraded from a “BABY” plan to a VPS plan(level 3). The reason why I upgraded was b/c of a shopping that I will be implement (Magento).
