I get 3 years service and generally happy, but I experienced in the past days because of the many problems we lived RAID problem. Our site remained closed for days, my customers had canceled their accounts. I was very hurt and still very slow and often still unreachable sites.

7 Years ago I was shopping for a new host for 5 websites I owned and could not find a decent one until I found Host Gator by accident one day. I moved my accounts here and over the last 7 years I am down to only 2 domains, but they are still here on Host Gator and still running strong. For the very rare problems I have had over the years, I have never had a problem getting through to anyone to help. Even when calling in the middle of the night on a weekend! The people are knowledgeable and friendly, and have always been able to get problems resolved fast. The prices are great, the service is awesome and the includes are more than I ever really needed, but nice to have for future developments. Keep up the great work, you guys rock! :gatorclap:

Hi Hostgator Team I have been with Hostgator for a few years now and lately I am seeing your business going into shambles. I have been registering hosting exceeding hundreds of Dollars, but are now taking my bigger projects elsewhere. Here are some of recommendations: Accounts Your accounts department is totally messed. I see a lot of people on the Internet complaining about Hostgator accounts. My personal experience is as follow: I have a hosting account, which I ordered and paid for. On one page in my account it shows as paid and on the other it shows as outstanding. Everytime I need a new hosting account I need to contact Hostgator to get the Welcome Info released
